I am extremely happy because I just qualified for the Everest Poker Live The Dream promotion so I will fly to Vienna to try to win a $100,000 sponsorship for next year!

I played a badugi tournament yesterday on Poker Stars for the first time in my life.

I came 13th out of 2800 players in the $1500 NLHE tournament, event 51 in the WSOP. Very tough 3 days. I was very lucky in the first 2 days, but the 3rd day didn't go well.

I don't think I ever read any articles about this subject, so I can only rely on my own observations.

I have been thinking a lot about why I am doing so well on satellite tournaments. My first thought was that my play is different from normal tournaments.

I played a couple of WSOP satellites at Poker Stars and finally won a $12,000 package. I started at the $27 rebuy and $80 freezout tournaments.

We are back from Vegas. I played the last two tournaments.

I made my first final table this year on my 9th tournament. I expected it to be sooner but I am not complaining.
