I am extremely happy because I just qualified for the Everest Poker Live The Dream promotion so I will fly to Vienna to try to win a $100,000 sponsorship for next year! I played the Hungarian Direct Entry satellites, last week I came 3rd out of 14 and now I won our of 13 players. I was planning to play the rake race next week if I didn't qualify by then, so this will save me a very hard week and I am not even sure I would have had any chance on the rake race.

I love this promotion of Everest Poker, I think it is great. It gives a chance to ordinary players to play a lot of live tournaments if they win the sponsorship and not worry about the buy-ins. This would give a huge boost to my poker carreer. I think I am ready to take on the world stage and play serious tournament poker.

I entered the $109 deep stack tournament today on Everest Poker and I came 2nd out of 112 players. I played relatively well until the end where I completely screwed it up in the heads-up. We only played about 10 hands but I managed to play very-very badly in all of them. Oh, well, there is something to work on there :)
